It does not matter what type of house or condition it's in, all loans can be discounted. The best part about all this is that you do not have to fund the deals. And if you do not have to fund the deals, there is no risk to you. And if there is no risk to you, it doesn't matter how much the house is worth. Not really worth all the headaches, is it?
